A foodie Christmas gift guide

‘Tis the season to be jolly, so they say, but I beg to differ.

Every year, I live in dread of the one activity which can singlehandedly destroy my spirit and leave me wrecked and sobbing in the middle of aisle 5.

Yes that’s right – it’s Christmas shopping time! Frankly, I would rather be forced to watch a Jersey Shore marathon than deal with the horror that is buying presents for members of my large and exceedingly dysfunctional family.

In an attempt to stay sane, I thought I’d compile a short Christmas gift guide for foodies, because finding presents for people who enjoy eating is way more fun than whatever I’m actually meant to be doing.
