At ForkingDeliciousFood, we aim to provide flexibility and fairness. This policy explains cancellation and refund rules.
1. Customer Cancellations
More than 72 hours before class: full refund or credit.
24–72 hours before class: credit may be issued at our discretion, but no refund.
Less than 24 hours: non-refundable and no credit issued.
2. Gift Vouchers
Non-refundable once purchased.
Transferable to another person before class date.
3. Company Cancellations
If ForkingDeliciousFood cancels or reschedules, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend without notice will not be refunded or credited.
5. Special Circumstances
Exceptions (e.g., medical emergencies) may be reviewed case by case with appropriate documentation.
