This is a hands-on class where you will make a soulful French onion soup, a crisp salad of hearty seasonal greens, and a classic Coq au Vin simmered to tender perfection in red wine. On the side, we’ll bake golden acorn squash with a maple glaze. To finish, we’ll whisk together a delicate Bavarian pear tart—soft, custardy, and beautifully rustic. A beautiful collection of comforting dishes that warm both the table and the spirit.
A delicious sojourn in Provence, no passport required. After cooking, we’ll gather around beautifully set tables to relax, connect, and enjoy the meal together—just as they do in France.
