This hands-on, full-participation class features crisp salmon cakes with a savory sauce, black rice and carrot–edamame pilaf, roasted carrots with pistachios and dates, and tomatoes baked with fresh herbs and a cool herbed yogurt sauce. For dessert, we’ll finish with a decadent chocolate pecan pie—rich, toasty, and irresistible.
After cooking, we’ll gather around beautifully set tables to relax, connect, and enjoy the flavors we’ve created together.
