We’ll chop, sear, assemble, and sip our way through a lineup of irresistible, crowd-pleasing starters—laughing, tasting, and learning side by side as we create beautiful bites designed to impress without the stress.

Think cool gazpacho shots, seared salmon with coriander (on chic little toothpicks!), sweet dates stuffed with creamy goat cheese, cucumbers topped with mushroom pâté, and brie cheese stuffed with sun-dried tomato that disappears faster than you can say “just one more.”

Over three relaxed (and delicious) hours, we’ll cook side by side, share tips and tricks, and taste everything as we go — because quality control is very important. 😉
